Seatbelt drivers side doesn't retract. Like 2007 the car randomly stalls while driving. In motion. Both are huge safety issues.
At 121,000 miles the horn began to blow by itself at very random times, i had to remove the relay to stop it, not safe.
The horn starts honking for no reason as i am driving down the road, it also honks when i unlock the door using the remote without anyone being in the car.

2006 chrysler sebring horn blow intermittently. I see on the internet that others have had this problem and because it is located with the airbag may be a safety issue. This seems to happen more in the winter when it is cold , i have had to unplug my horn in the winter so that it will no sound
