Electrical system:wiring
Problem: E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Typhoon N, 2025-2026 Cyclone N, and 2026 Cyclone II fire trucks. The positive power supply may be loose, causing the wiring harness and busbar to overheat.
Risk: An overheated busbar can increase the risk of a fire.
Fix: E-ONE will provide a replacement wiring harness and busbar, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 20, 2026. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-237-1122.
Equipment:mechanical:boom/crane/ladder:motor/hydraulic pump
Problem: E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2026 Cyclone II, 2025-2026 Cyclone, and Typhoon fire trucks. The hydraulic valve may become inoperative, preventing the outriggers from being extended or retracted.
Risk: The inability to extend or retract the outriggers can delay emergency response, increasing the risk of injury.
Fix: E-ONE will provide new hydraulic valves, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 8, 2026. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-237-1122.
