Risk: Loose or broken suspension fasteners can allow the rear-drive axle to shift out of place, increasing the risk of a crash.
Fix: Jayco will work with Shyft to notify owners, and dealers will inspect the rear suspension fasteners for damage, and replace and tighten them as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 14, 2022. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

Risk: A blank instrument cluster display may be missing critical information such as the vehicle's speed and warning lights, which can increase the risk of a crash.
Fix: Dealers will update the control module software, and reroute and secure the duct work, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 22, 2021. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

Fix: Entegra will work with Spartan and Cummins to inspect the rail threads and fuel lines, and replace the rail as necessary, free of charge. Cummins began to notify owners July 30, 2021.
