Problem: Greenpower Motor Company Inc. (Greenpower) is recalling certain 2018-2024 EV Star and 2020-2023 EV Star Mobility Plus buses. A control module interlock software error may allow the bus to move while the wheelchair lift is deployed.

Risk: The bus moving while the wheelchair lift is in use increases the risk of injury.

Fix: Dealers will update the control module software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 12, 2026. Owners may contact Greenpower's customer service at 1-909-346-1090. Greenpower's number for this recall is GP2604002.
