Plastic fuel tanks swells. Has been replaced several times by harley davidson, however, the tanks are replaced with the same item/part number. After each tank replacement the swelling continues with the new tank. I am concerned that now that i am out of warranty the tank will no longer be replaced…
The plastic gas tank on these bikes swells to the point the covers no longer fit. Hoping they don't swell to the point of leaking fuel. *tr
