Problem: Jayco Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2024 North Point and Pinnacle travel trailers equipped with certain GE air conditioners. The air conditioner soft start device may fail and overheat.
Risk: An air conditioner soft start device that overheats increases the risk of a fire.
Fix: Dealers will replace the ICM soft start module with a Micro air EasyStart Breeze module, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 18, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9901615.

GCWR for the RV is 19140 lbs. However, the axel is rated at 7,000 lbs and since there are 2 axels that capacity maxs out at 14,000 lbs. I am experiencing abnormal thread wear. I have requested that Jayco correct this but they are not responding to my email.
